Founder and Principal Risk Adviser
Ahmed leads the firm’s risk and delivery assurance work for complex capital programmes in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and Canada. He remains accountable for framing the decision, senior risk judgement, executive communication, and the quality of the record left behind.
Credentials: P.Eng. (Canada), MBA, IRMCert, PMP, PMI-RMP, and PRINCE2. His practice combines more than 25 years across project delivery, enterprise risk, quantitative analysis, infrastructure, transit, airport-linked, real-estate, and mixed-use portfolios.
How the work is staffed: Each mandate is shaped around the decision and may bring in specialist contributors for quantitative analysis, controls, claims, technical assurance, data, or development. This keeps senior accountability clear while giving clients the depth the scope requires.
