Privacy notice
Respect for your information.
This notice explains how information submitted through this website is handled.
Information we collect
When you use our contact or careers forms, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, work email, phone number, organisation, preferred role and location, LinkedIn profile URL, resume, cover note, area of enquiry, subject, and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or highly sensitive records through the forms.
How we use it
We use your information to review and respond to your enquiry, assess an expression of interest for future opportunities, identify the appropriate advisory or recruitment lead, maintain a professional record of the conversation, protect the website from abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We also use limited, cookie-free interaction signals to understand whether key contact routes work as intended. We do not sell personal information.
Privacy-respecting measurement
When you click a tracked email link or contact action, the site may send only an allow-listed event name, the page path, the language, and the event time to our internal measurement endpoint. It does not send form values, project descriptions, identifiers, or advertising profiles. The endpoint is disabled until an approved privacy-respecting provider and retention period are configured.
Service providers
Our hosting provider processes form submissions. Where the protected careers workflow is enabled, resume files and application records are stored in the connected private Google Drive account, and authorised notification and confirmation emails are sent through the configured corporate mail account. The CAPTCHA provider processes limited technical information needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. LinkedIn may process information when an applicant chooses the optional LinkedIn prefill flow. If an approved opportunity webhook is enabled, it receives only the minimum routing fields needed for the CRM or protected opportunity register; the detailed challenge description, CAPTCHA token, consent value, and hidden anti-spam field are not forwarded.
Retention and choices
We retain enquiry and recruitment information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, recruitment follow-up, and professional record-keeping. The optional CRM register and measurement endpoint must have documented retention periods and access controls. You may ask about information you submitted, request a correction, withdraw an expression of interest, or raise a privacy concern through the contact form.
Privacy questions
Select Other in the area-of-enquiry field and state that your message is a privacy request. We will route it to the appropriate person. This notice was last reviewed in September 2026 and may be updated when the website, service providers, or practices change.
